Some days, you need things done yesterday.

So, we got them done yesterday.

High-quality materials, always in stock.

To meet your most demanding turnaround times, we keep a range of materials on hand in our 38,000-foot workspace. Ready to hit our machines – or yours.

Pre-ground

We get ahead on our most common orders so you can get ahead, too.

Quick-to-grind

We prep much of our stock ahead of time so we can turn your product around faster.

Pre-straightened

We keep our floor stocked with materials so you don’t have to keep them on yours.

Reliable partnerships

start with reliable materials.

Premium materials. Certified grinds.

Our commitment to quality begins with the materials we supply. When you start with our premium bar stock, you end with a simpler setup, increased cutting speeds, improved surface finish, longer tool life, and—ultimately—lower production costs. That’s consistency you can rely on.

303 Stainless

UGIMA® 303 is an improved machining grade produced only by Ugine-Savoie Imphy. It is identical in every way to regular 303, except with respect to machinability. The proprietary UGIMA® melting process – developed exclusively by Ugine – results in a product that dramatically increases productivity and tool life, and improves the surface finish on all types of machined parts.

304/304L Stainless

304/304L UGIMA ® is the next generation of improved high machinability grades from Ugitech. The UGIMA ® grades have redefined high machinability stainless steels, showing improvements over the original UGIMA® technology. UGIMA ® is a proprietary manufacturing process, developed by Ugitech, which has resulted in a product that dramatically increases productivity and tool life, and improves the surface finish on all types of machined parts.

316/316L Stainless

316/316L UGIMA ® is Ugitech’s improved machining grade produced only by Ugitech. It is identical in every way to regular 316L, except with respect to machinability. Additional benefits include improved chip break ability, superi- or surface finish, increased tool life, and better interchange ability with stadard type 316/316L, regardless of the producer.

416/416L Stainless

Ugitech’s 416 is free machining martensitic grade. The unique production process—developed exclusively by Ugitech—results in a product that delivers superior productivity, tool life and consistency, and improves the surface finish on all types of machined parts. Machined parts are frequently used in the annealed condition, but may be heat-treated to develop optimum mechanical properties for specific
Applications.

416T Stainless

416 HT, condition T (HRc26-32), is the popular heat-treated version of 416. This condition is specified for numerous engineering applications, and represents the optimum condition for both machinability and corrosion resistance. No further heat treatment of machined parts is required.

630 (17-4) Stainless

630 UGIMA ® is an improved machining martensitic precipitation hardenable grade produced only by Ugitech. It is identical in every way to standard type 630 (17-4), except with respect to machinability.

The proprietary UGIMA ® manufacturing process – developed exclusively by Ugitech – results in a product that dramatically increases productivity and tool life, and improves the surface finish on all types of machined parts.
